Coaching and Consulting 4.0

This Coaching & Consulting 4.0 course deals with topics from the HR and consulting industry: developing people and organisations in the digital world of work and innovation and solopreneurship for consultants. In the modules you will develop the ability to specifically enrich your own coaching processes with knowledge of current HR and labour law topics and to steer them based on the biographical patterns of the clients. After 10 months, you will complete the course with the development of your business model and a business plan and receive a university certificate with designated credit points.
